Managed integration infrastructure · Founder-led onboarding

Stop maintaining third-party APIs forever.

Add white-label, maintained integrations to your B2B SaaS. You keep the product, brand and customer relationship. SyncMachina handles synchronization, OAuth, retries, provider changes and operational maintenance.

The permanent engineering problem

Shipping the first API call is the easy part.

The integration stays on your roadmap long after launch. Credentials expire. Webhooks arrive twice—or not at all. Providers change schemas, quotas and behavior.

01

Build

Authentication, mapping and the first happy-path synchronization.

02

Operate

Retries, checkpoints, reconciliation, conflict handling and debugging.

03

Maintain

API changes, deprecated fields, new limits and provider-specific edge cases.

How SyncMachina works

Integrate once. Keep the experience yours.

A stable boundary between your product and the external systems your customers require.

  1. 01

    Define your canonical model

Agree on the object, ownership rules and fields your product actually needs.

  2. 02

    Connect the external system

Map the provider’s model and authentication into that stable product contract.

  3. 03

    Run the synchronization

SyncMachina handles state, retries, checkpoints and provider-aware behavior.

  4. 04

    Stay inside your product

Your customer sees your interface, brand and support relationship—not ours.

What “integrate once” means

A stable model between your SaaS and every provider.

This configuration reflects the current SyncMachina provider boundary around your canonical model. The API is versioned as a living contract, so naming and customer-facing details remain subject to change.

Current contract patternVersioned · Subject to change
sync({
  model: Contact,
  source: yourSaaS.contacts,
  providers: [
    googleWorkspace.sharedContacts,
    pipedrive.persons,
    hubspot.contacts,
  ],
  direction: "two-way",
});
The canonical model and connector boundary behind this example power the current connectors. The customer-facing syntax is versioned and continues to evolve with implementation feedback.

White-label by design

Your integration—not another vendor in the room.

SyncMachina is infrastructure, not a destination. Your SaaS keeps the customer relationship and remains the customer-facing experience. We configure activation and onboarding with your team while staying behind the scenes.

First proving ground

Contacts expose the hard parts early.

Identity, deletions, loops, conflicting edits and lossy provider models make contact sync an honest test of the infrastructure. It is the first wedge—not the permanent category boundary.

Demand-led roadmap

More providers and object types follow real customer requirements.

Need a CRM, calendar, directory or another business system? Tell us what should sync with what. A request starts a technical and commercial fit conversation—it is not an automatic promise to build.

What SyncMachina operates

The work that keeps integrations trustworthy.

AUTH

OAuth lifecycle

Credential setup, refresh and provider-specific authorization behavior.

STATE

Change detection

Persistent checkpoints and reconciliation when event delivery is incomplete.

RETRY

Idempotent retries

Repeatable work that does not create duplicate writes after transient failures.

SAFE

Conflict & loop safeguards

Rules that prevent echoes and make competing edits explicit.

MAP

Provider-aware mapping

Translation that respects different models rather than flattening them blindly.

API

Connector maintenance

Provider API versions, field changes and operational fixes after launch.

LOG

Inspectable sync events

A traceable history for investigating what changed and why.

Built for

B2B SaaS turning integration demand into product capability.

For teams that need the integration without taking on another provider API as a permanent engineering responsibility.

Deliberately focused

Not another generic automation marketplace.

SyncMachina is embedded infrastructure for product-grade integrations—not a consumer migration tool, workflow canvas or Zapier replacement.

Managed integration

From €399/month

US$449/month for USD billing.

One scoped provider and object flow, with no per-contact charges. Real customer data volumes are agreed upfront. New connector implementation is scoped separately.

Questions, answered

Before we build together.

What integrations do you support?

Four contact connectors run today: Google Workspace Shared Contacts and HubSpot Contacts two-way, Pipedrive Persons two-way, and Microsoft 365 organizational contacts read-only. Each is validated against a live provider account before it carries customer data, and we onboard every connection directly with your team.

What if my integration is not listed?

Tell us what should sync with what and why it matters to your customer or business. Customer requirements determine what we evaluate next.

Will you build a new connector?

We build customer-led connectors when the requirement has strong technical, repeatability and commercial fit. Discovery and implementation are scoped separately around the provider and object flow.

What does white-label mean?

The integration is presented inside your product, under your brand. You keep the product experience and customer relationship while SyncMachina operates behind the scenes.

Does SyncMachina replace workflow automation?

No. It is designed for maintained, embedded product integrations—not end-user workflow composition or one-off task automation.

What does onboarding look like?

We scope one concrete synchronization flow, agree success criteria and work directly with your team on implementation and validation.

How is pricing determined?

From €399/month or US$449/month, based on connector scope and connected customers—not every contact synchronized. Expected volume and any new connector development are agreed upfront.

How are reliability and support handled?

Reliability expectations, support boundaries and response paths are defined in each service agreement.

Where does our customers’ contact data live?

In Frankfurt, Germany. Provider credentials are encrypted before storage, your API key is never stored in a recoverable form, and every record is scoped to one tenant. The Security page covers where data is processed and which subprocessors are involved. Our data-processing agreement and a completed security questionnaire go to teams evaluating SyncMachina, before any data is shared.
